1. Please note that the item is dyed manually, this may cause uneven color.

2. The color and shape of the product may differ from the actual product and what appears on the screen, depending on your monitor settings.

3. Product images are under development. They may differ from the products actually delivered.

4. Due to limited production, once the available quantity is reached, we will stop accepting reservation requests.

5. Delivery of the actual product may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and the company will notify you of the estimated delivery date on your account.

6. If the SNS and promotional content is different from the product page, all the content on the product page is the final version.

7. This product may be offered for sale at events or through other promotions by our company.

8. Once the deposit has been received, the order cannot be canceled and therefore no refund is possible.

9. Orders must be paid within 24 hours or your reservation will be canceled.

10. The release date of each product in “pre-order” status is subjective and delays by the manufacturer (for months) are not uncommon – please be patient!

11. Please remember that by purchasing you are agreeing to accept the waiting time for the product to be released.

12. Color fading of used statues may occur over time due to exposure to sunlight, this is not a reason for return or price reduction.

13. Damage to the packaging of items other than the actual product cannot be returned or refunded.

14. For massively damaged products, please report the problem within 24 hours after receipt! We reserve the right to compensate for the damage and will try to find the best and fairest solution for all participants.

15. In the event that an item is returned to us because it cannot be delivered we will contact you and the return postage will be at your expense.

16. All products sold are generally NOT returnable, exchangeable (for other products) or refundable.

17. For security reasons, statues will only be sent to the address provided by PayPal, please make sure your information/address is correct before you pay!
